Atinav launches aveComm

Atinav has launched a third component of Avenue, its patent-pending Java-based CRM software. Named aveComm and integrated with aveAccess and aveConnect, it was developed to provide custom communication and collaboration tools such as static-free voice messaging over the Internet, traditional landline-quality conferencing, training classes, application sharing, co-browsing and HTML form sharing. The open-platform, modular design ensures current and future compatibility with other audio and video conferencing and telecommunications technologies.

With aveComm’s CRM features, customers are directed to a customer service representative (CSR) without leaving the original Web site. CSRs have immediate access to customer information and on-line document and form sharing for interactive editing or completion with customers to close the sale, as well as real-time voice communications.

Conference Center features enable a range of audio and visual communication such as the ability to conference with any number of people sharing graphics and text, hold live training forums, record conferences or presentations for later use or leave a voice mail via a multimedia PC.

Help Desk Tools provide reduction in long distance charges because of inquiries handled over the Internet, permitting CSRs to provide better service at a lower cost. Companies using aveComm can post FAQs with answers that can be played back at the prompt of a customer.

Distance Learning enables real-time, two-way interactions in a number of ways: between student-to-student(s), professor-to-class, or in one-on-one chats. Application sharing (i.e., Word, Excel, etc.) and co-browsing of Web information permit full collaboration.
