Ascential Software and Kalido have joined forces to provide a data warehouse life cycle management (DWLM) solution for Global 2000 companies.

The companies say combining the Ascential Enterprise Integration Suite with Kalido’s DWLM Suite provides a business insight application to meet enterprisewide information needs. The benefits of the joint solution are said to include accelerating time to implementation, reducing total lifetime cost and lowering risk.

Further, Ascential and Kalido claim their joint offerings complement and interoperate with the market's leading business intelligence tools. The solution accelerates the delivery of reliable reports on financials and other key performance metrics such as customer service, sales and marketing, supply chain management and logistics.
