Analytics for instant messaging from Recommind

Recommind has unveiled a new version of Axcelerate, its e-discovery platform. Version 5.5 now enables deep analysis of instant messaging (IM) data that can be applied to a wide range of platforms, including Instant Bloomberg, Skype and Google Chat. The company adds that Axcelerate 5.5 delivers significantly faster performance levels and applies Recommind’s robust analytics, visualizations and machine learning technology to chat communications, along with e-mail and other critical data sets.

Recommind highlights the following features in Axcelerate 5.5:

• documents at double the speed—the new version retrieves batched documents twice as fast with its newly upgraded, zero-footprint viewer and optimized memory utilization;
• faster across the board—the platform makes a range of key operations 40 percent to 50 percent faster – from processing, to indexing, to productions; and
• deeper visibility—the new Multi-Matter Dashboard provides visualized key metrics for firms and corporations to optimize processes across their e-discovery portfolios.

Recommind reports Axcelerate 5.5 is available to new and existing customers as a SaaS, on-demand or an on-premise solution.
