Anacomp Acquires Document Management Consultancy
Anacomp (San Diego) has acquired Work Smart (Chantilly, VA), a document management consulting and integration firm with 1997 revenues of $1.7 million. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Work Smart provides consulting and integration services to organizations looking to implement electronic document storage and retrieval systems. Work Smart will operate as a discrete line of business within Anacomp. "Work Smart is a small, world-class consulting organization, and we are pleased to have acquired them," said Anacomp president and CEO Ralph Koehrer.
