Altris bounced from Nasdaq market

When it rains, it pours. Case in point: Altris Software. The latest development in the turbulence surrounding the document management vendor has its shares being delisted from the Nasdaq Stock Market as of June 1. Shares of Altris' common stock are expected to be eligible for trading on the OTC Bulletin Board if and when any market maker elects to make a market in the shares. The Company currently expects to file its Form 10-Q on or about June 10, 1998. "Although Altris does not currently meet Nasdaq's requirements for the National Market System, we are determined to pursue the Company's long-term opportunity and to do our utmost to recover shareholder value," said Altris CEO Roger Erickson.
