Altris appoints Comegna to board

) appointed Michael Comegna--VP of Tandem Capital-- to its Board of Directors increasing Altris’ board to eight. Prior to this appointment, Comegna spent three years with J.C. Bradford & Co. as an equity analyst. He also worked in commercial banking where he was an examiner and a lender. Comegna earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Richmond.

“Michael will make a tremendous contribution to the Board given his intimate knowledge of the financial industry, coupled by his achievement in negotiating and structuring investment banking transactions,” said Jay Tanna, president and CEO of Altris.
