Accusoft Pegasus, which offers imaging software development kits (SDKs) and viewers, has released Barcode Xpress Mobile for iOS. The new product is said to allow customers to streamline workflow processes with barcode reading directly from iOS mobile devices. Android support is also available. Accusoft Pegasus claims developers working with Barcode Xpress Mobile will benefit by having well documented APIs and detailed sample code that provide best practices for the iOS and Android platforms. The Barcode Xpress Mobile for iOS product reads QR Code, Code 39, Code 128, EAN-8, EAN-13, UPC-A and UPC-E. The product download includes an iOS compatible barcode library and a sample program.
