ASG acquires NTRglobal
ASG Software Solutions has acquired NTRglobal, a provider of cloud-based help desk and IT service management (ITSM) delivery systems for the enterprise. ASG says the integration of NTRglobal’s customer support solutions into its offerings will enhance customer experience while driving higher efficiency and performance.
ASG provides management solutions for information, operations and applications. The NTR Cloud integrates with managed service offerings, enterprise help desks and software partners to deliver global IT management, automation, remote access and support services.
