ASG acquires Cypress

ASG has acquired Cypress Corp. Terms of the deal were not announced. ASG is a privately held global enterprise software and professional services firm with offerings in the fields of metadata, security, applications, operations, information and infrastructure management.

Cypress reports its content management and delivery software includes modules that enable report distribution, output management, document archiving and retrieval, Web content delivery, document enhancement (including electronic forms and barcodes) and data mining. Cypress further says its products provide a “content processing facility” (CPF) that drives document processes, automating the collation and delivery of reports and other documents.
