Mancini to lead forum "Beyond the Document"

John Mancini, president of AIIM International (Silver Spring, MD, http://www.aiim.org), is scheduled to give Knowledge Management Expo's final keynote on Friday, October 17 at 9:00 a.m. Mancini's address, "Beyond the Document," exemplifies the industry's shifting definition of itself.
