ClearStory Systems has announced a definitive agreement to sell its Radiant Business Document Server Suite (BDS) and Radiant MailManager to Datawatch.

Radiant BDS is a high-volume document capture, archiving and online presentment solution designed for the financial services, insurance and healthcare markets. MailManager is a scalable e-mail archiving solution that provides complete life cycle, compliance and storage management for the corporate e-mail knowledgebase.

The transaction will allow ClearStory to focus on its core digital media businesses, while enabling Datawatch to increase its presence and customer base in the document solutions market, including its e-mail management and archiving solution, which is in line with Datawatch's business expansion strategy.
