On the fly document delivery

Business Pricing Systems has implemented an online mail and fax solution to communicate better with customers and to deliver customized marketing materials.

A national retail supply distributor, Business Pricing Systems chose Esker's FlyDoc to automatically deliver documents via fax and postal mail. Prior to deployment of the new system, the company manually gathered the information into a template and printed each document individually. Then the documents were faxed or placed in envelopes for mail delivery. That tedious process expended resources that could have been focused on more important business tasks.

With the new solution, document delivery is quick and easy. FlyDoc is integrated with Business Pricing Systems' Internet-based CRM solution, allowing users to export customer data from the application into customized templates. Using FlyDoc from the print menu, all the documents are then delivered automatically via fax or mail in seconds, according to Esker.
