Volkswagen of America is deploying a relationship management platform to foster more consultative, data-driven visits between its field team and independent dealerships. The solution is said to deliver actionable insights, increase transparency, encourage collaboration and improve store performance.
Volkswagen will implement Square Root’s CoEFFICIENT platform, which is a store relationship management tool that connects and aligns employees at all levels of the business to help them make sense of data, enhance communication and strengthen store performance.
The software as a service (SaaS) platform provides a comprehensive solution for retail channels that allows companies to better pinpoint opportunities at each store, collaborate on plans to achieve objectives and sustain performance improvements, according to Square Root.
CEO Chris Taylor says, “We’re excited to work with Volkswagen to help better understand and act on data to improve performance throughout its independent retail channels.”
