A bicycle retailer is leveraging a mobile platform to enhance its marketing and sales efforts. Full Cycle Bikes, a Boulder, Colo.-based business, has chosen the Mocapay platform to deliver a complete mobile experience to its customers.
Full Cycle will complement its marketing program by mobile-enabling its existing gift card program. Mobile campaigns can be directed to all customers throughout Colorado or targeted to specific store locations. Using a customized Mocapay dashboard, Full Cycle can monitor the effectiveness of individual campaigns in real time, according to a press release from Mocapay.
The company further reports that its software as a service (SaaS) technology also enables Full Cycle to integrate secure mobile payments into its point of sale, enabling customers to conduct mobile transactions.

Full Cycle customers will now be able to conduct mobile transactions at the point of sale, access their account balance and transaction history, and reload their Full Cycle account from their mobile phones.
