Bank streamlines discovery of sensitive information with Netwrix Auditor

First National Bank Minnesota has deployed Netwrix Auditor to gain visibility into its core IT systems and enhance the security of critical data and systems. As a result, the company has improved its security posture while reducing IT workloads by shortening its Active Directory rebuild time by 88%.

First National Bank Minnesota (FNB MN) was founded in 2005 as a result of the merger of the Security State Bank of Mankato and the First National Bank of St. Peter, which dates back to 1857. The bank’s IT department wanted to automate auditing of its core IT systems for two reasons: There was a need to rebuild Active Directory for better security and a need to secure customer financial data.
