Analytics and robotic process automation help boost revenue cycle efficiency

North Texas Orthopedics & Spine Center, which serves Grapevine, North Fort Worth and surrounding communities, has deployed a technology solution to improve its revenue cycle management. As part of the initiative, the organization will use Meridian Medical Management’s robotic process automation and PrecisionBI analytics engine to increase the benefits gained.

Lora Fulmer, chief administrative officer of the Center, says, “North Texas Orthopedics is always looking for solutions that will enhance our organizational effectiveness. Robotic process automation works to increase revenues by improving consistency and speed of collection efforts.
