Cadbury Schweppes, an international confectionery and beverage company has implemented a new portfolio and process management system aimed at increasing growth from innovation companywide.
The company has chosen Sopheon's Accolade product development solution in a deployment spanning 45 countries and 2,400 users in product development, marketing and commercial strategy.
The system will be used to support product portfolio management and to automate and manage the company's implementation of Stage-Gate, a widely used product development process methodology. The software will serve as a central repository for product information within business units and across the company.
