Contextware, last year's winner of the KM Reality Award at the KMWorld & Intranets Conference, has added Triple-I as a service provider partner. The Contextware software platform will become a part of the Triple-I solution portfolio, which emphasizes providing tailored business and technology consulting solutions for clients striving to improve organizational performance.

The agreement calls for Triple-I and Contextware to jointly target new business opportunities and existing clients. Specifically, Triple-I will introduce Contextware as a technology that enables companies to create repeatable, scalable business processes that highly leverage organizational content and knowledge. Contextware will leverage Triple-I’s consulting and implementation resources to support large-scale implementations of the Contextware platform.
