Analytics for BPM

Alphablox has announced Analytics 5.5, its core platform for custom analytic applications. The company says the new release incorporates multiple new features for data presentation, visualization and analysis that add more power and scalability to customer applications such as branch banking performance, merchandising and retail store performance, and manufacturing planning and analysis.

Also included in the new release are multiple new charting capabilities for greater in-depth analysis, such as 80-20 analysis with Pareto charts, allowing users to visualize information in the most appropriate graphical format. Further, says Alphablox, six new customizable types of trending enable regression and predictive analytics commonly used in forecasting and planning applications. Other new charts types that extend analysis and presentation capabilities include radar/spider graphs and waterfall charts, reports the company.
