United Airlines has selected Livelink WorkSMART from Open Text (Waterloo, Ontario, http://www.opentext.com) to provide workflow and information management solutions. Livelink WorkSMART is an SGML management option within Open Text’s Livelink Intranet suite of information and knowledge management tools. The solution will serve to enhance United’s information management system for its nearly 2,300 daily flights, and will help audit United's workflow processes.
