Open Text has acquired Toronto-based Vizible Corp., a provider of digital media interface solutions delivered via a publishing platform with deep syndication and analytics capabilities.

Vizible’s solutions provide the ability to create a three-dimensional navigation experience for traditional media, as well as the ability to deliver content across a range of display devices. Content presentation is driven by rules that users can personalize so that each viewer’s experience can be different. Open Text believes Vizible’s solutions tie together well with multiplatform content consumption across the Web--via cell phones, PDAs and Web browsers--and the need to provide a consistently superior experience to viewers no matter where or how they’re accessing content.
