Integrify Software has developed a number of enhancements to Version 4.0 of its software in response to the needs of current customers utilizing the solution. The company reports that new features include private messaging, request summary templates, configurable dashboards and request mitigation.

Integrify is an enterprise request management (ERM) system that allows companies to automate requests and streamline processes. The software provides form creation, routing definition and tracking tools to those responsible for processing requests, minimizing data entry and simplifying requests for approval and fulfillment. Available in installed and hosted versions, Integrify 4.0 is Web-based, allowing for easy user accessibility and management of business processes, the company adds. Further, Integrify claims, the solution eliminates problems typically related to labor-intensive processes such as manual paper handling and e-mail requests, and can reduce costs per transaction 60 percent to 90 percent, as opposed to paper-based processes.
