Adobe has announced LiveCycle Managed Services, which offloads the entire enterprise deployment of LiveCycle to Adobe professionals. The new cloud-based system is running in a secure data center, managed 24/7 by Adobe personnel.

The new approach effectively removes from the organization all the infrastructure including hardware, software and dedicated IT personnel used to support the day-to-day operations.

LiveCycle is a platform for building customer interaction solutions that allow businesses to engage more effectively with their customers. Adobe highlights its increased product and service revenue or share of wallet through more personalized user experiences and reduced costs via efficiencies in business process automation.
